Relan Capital develops, manages and sells land across Upstate South Carolina and Western North Carolina, from timber management and sustainable land planning to development partnerships and estate planning. Its approach is conservation through a capitalistic approach: helping owners get the most from a property while keeping what makes it special.

Since 2021 we've photographed and filmed Relan's properties: drone work that shows a tract in its setting, listing photos, aerials with approximate property lines drawn in, and cinematic cuts like the Pure Carolina films. The larger community campaigns have their own stories, Longview Carolina and Riverstead.
