Take Part provides brand strategy, websites, photography and video, marketing, automation and AI tools, and related services. Each engagement is governed by its own written proposal or agreement. If anything in that agreement differs from these Terms, the agreement controls for that engagement.

All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, photographs, video, audio and software, is the property of Take Part or its content suppliers and is protected by United States and international copyright, trademark and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, display, perform or otherwise use any content from this Site without our prior written consent.

Client names, logos, websites and other work shown in our portfolio belong to their respective owners and are shown to illustrate work we've done.

Results, figures and outcomes described on this Site reflect specific client projects. They are not a promise or guarantee of results for any other project, since every business, market and campaign is different.

Prices shown on this Site are general starting points for informational purposes. Your actual scope, timeline and price are set in a written proposal or agreement before any work begins, and pricing may change without notice.

This Site may contain links to, or live views of, third-party websites and services that are not owned or controlled by Take Part, including client websites shown in our portfolio. We have no control over, and assume no responsibility for, their content, privacy policies or practices. You agree that Take Part is not responsible or liable for any damage or loss caused by or in connection with your use of any third-party content, goods or services.

Information you submit through our forms (including your name, email address, phone number and the details of your inquiry) will be used to respond to your request and manage our relationship with you, as described in our Privacy Policy. By submitting information through the Site, you confirm that it is accurate and that you are authorized to share it.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of South Carolina, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal action or proceeding arising under these Terms shall be brought exclusively in the courts located in Pickens County, South Carolina.
