Chester County, SC

Chester County sits between the Broad and Catawba rivers, with state parks, Revolutionary War battlefields, whitewater, small farms and main-street shops spread across it. The county's tourism team wanted one body of work that would show all of it.

We wrote the film around that idea, Between the Rivers, and planned a shot list that covered the whole county.

In October 2023 our crew filmed and photographed about 50 locations in four days: sunrise on the water, Chester State Park from the air, Landsford Canal, the Nitrolee bike trail, whitewater on the river, battlefield markers, museums, farms and the shops in town, along with the HILLarity Festival and Skydive Carolina.

From that we delivered a long-form film and a short-form cut, a video for the county's tourist center, dozens of social cuts in wide, vertical and story formats, and more than 550 photos sorted by location.

It's become an ongoing relationship. The county brought us back in 2025 for a second round: 23 more locations, about 560 more photos, summer and fall short-form films, a new long-form film and another set of social cuts.
