Where Health Meets Construction
Kingdom Builders is a custom home builder in Easley, South Carolina, building for families within about an hour's drive. Every home is built around the air you breathe, the water you drink and the materials you live with: sheep's wool insulation instead of fiberglass, whole-home air and water filtration, solid hardwood and mineral paint.
Telling a Story You Can't See
Most of what makes their homes healthier is hidden in the walls by move-in day. We worked with Kingdom Builders on the strategy for telling that story, made the brand film and the photography, and built kingdombuilderslmsw.com around it, from the six systems behind every home to a ZIP code check that tells a family whether they're in range.
The Romey
For their showcase home at Longview Carolina, we worked with Relan Capital to give the house a site of its own, theromey.com. It walks buyers through the home in photos, lets them try finish choices before the final selections, and explains each health feature in a short vertical video they can swipe through like they would on their phone. QR signs in the house open the same videos.
The Romey has since sold.
