Riverstead is truly a resilient living community like no other. This unique community has over 400 acres within the gates focused around the outdoors with easy access to 6.5 miles of trails, 2.5 miles of river, outdoors spaces, and 250 acres in a nature preserve.

With the beauty of the mountains and nature, we knew this site was special.

Our mission was simple, to effectively share Riverstead’s message with the World attracting interested buyers into the community.

YOU CATCH WHAT YOU FISH FOR

Our partnership began at the beginning of 2020. The main question to answer was, “how do you catch the eye of buyers looking for property in Greenville?”

As simple as this question may seem, the answer is more illusive than you think.

Our plan to answer the marketing objective, was to create a persuasive campaign around resilient living while leveraging third-party credibility across the Upstate. We planned, produced, scheduled, and delivered a large scale campaign across multiple platforms. The campaign was based on the combination of two marketing models. The two models were the Consumer Decision Journey and the Recency Frequency Model.

After the 3 month campaign we can successfully say we accomplished the objective. Year-over-year Riverstead saw a 297% increase in unique visitors to the site and a 55% increase in leads. Starting the campaign with 28 homesites, Riverstead is sold out as of January 2021.
